The Grinder (WIP/Demo)

This is more of a comparison of what i made and what the original was that i used as a... model, for lack of a better word.

I needed a strong arm jerk motion for a pony sort of making the "cha ching" motion with one arm still up in the air. And despite what some people will say about the 100th episode this made a great reference for me.

I adjusted for the camera zoom and the focus distortion, cause the inside of the image wants to warp towards the camera and the outside stays the same. What is weird is that the gif. i found, the images were broken into 6, 2 frame chunks at a total of 12 frames. deleting the even frames brought it down to 6 frames with 6 images. After that i saw that frames 1 and 2 as well as 5 and 6 respectively were the same image only distorted by the previous mentioned distortion. so i only had to copy over the 1st and 5th image i made

Like i said before, this is meant to be a base for a possible future thing that is coming out. Vectored it with Adobe Illustrator CS5.1 along with preview image
put gif and png image of the vector into Flash CS5.5 and exported as a PNG sequence
opened PNGs and saved for web in Photoshop CS5.1
